It is obvious that politics is there in all the companies...but even after working in 3 different companies and with the best in qualification..i dont know where from these people come with their own versions.....
When people become selfish and so possessive they dont know how others think and how they feel....
I say this because I lost my last 2 of my offers because of such selfish issues..
This time I dont know where from they come but "the contenders" were there.. until my last round of interview i find no one else rather than 2 others....who are from my company..but suddenly here comes 2 ..they say they are from some other branch of the company and had been transferred.....even though i have 2 years of experience.....i asked them..."how long have u been working for this company"...one said 1 year and other said stameringly 1.5 years..i thought k...i may should get....rather after the result came i find the new 2 inside.....i was so fed up irritated and pissed i Directly went to the HRs room and went throught the details
THey said ur profile is under hold....when i asked the reason.,..some idiotic reason...Fought for the next 4 days.....
and now,,,,i am the "exequitive proofer"
